Delaney Earns First GNAC Goalkeeper of the Week Honors

Senior Bridget Delaney (Weymouth, Mass.) of the Lasell women's lacrosse team has been Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) goalkeeper of the week, as announced on Monday by the conference office.

Delaney takes home her first conference weekly honor of her career, earning the victory in the cage against Norwich in Lasell's lone game of the week.

With the 16-1 win against the Cadets, Delaney improved to 7-3 this season, stopping all eight shots in 30 minutes of action. The senior keeper has combined for 84 saves this season, which ranks her fifth among GNAC stat leaders, in addition to a 9.59 goals against average.
