Newton, MA - The GNAC Named sophomore pitcher Matthew Fletcher their Pitcher of the Week after his record breaking performance over the weekend.

Auburndale, FL - The Lasell Lasers conrtinued their Spring Break trip with a pair of wins over St. Scholastica and Nichols. They defeated Scholastica by a final score of 6-3, and Nichols in extra innings by a score of 9-8. The Lasers are now 3-1 on the season.

The Lasell Lasers Softball team opened their season with a doubleheader on Sunday. They lost their first game against St. Norbert by a score of 9-2. They then bounced back against Beloit, winning 8-6. The Lasers are now 1-1 on the season.

The Lasell Lasers began their Spring Break trip with a doubleheader sweep of the Franciscan Barons, winning game one 14-1 and game two 7-0. The Lasers are now 3-0 on the season, while the Barons are now 1-3.

The Lasell Men's Lacrosse team won their first game of the season over Plymouth State on Tuesday by a final score of 5-4 in overtime. The Lasers are now 1-2 on the season, while the Panthers are now 3-1.

Newton, MA - The Lasell Lasers competed in a tri-match on Saturday with Baruch and #1 Stevens. In the opening match they defeated Baruch 25-23, 25-19, 25-15. In their second match against #1 Stevens, the Lasers fell 19-25, 16-25, 15-25.The Lasers are now 9-7, while Baruch is 5-7, and Stevens is 19-2.

The Men's Track and Field team participated in one event at the Division III New England Regionals over the past two days, running in the 4x400m Relay.

Newton, MA - The Lasell Lasers defeated the SUNY Poly Wildcats by a final score of 25-19, 25-8, 25-22 on Saturday. The win improves the Lasers record to 8-5 on the season, while the Wildcats are now 3-8.

Northborough, MA - The Lasell Lasers baseball team opened their 2023 season with a win, defeating the Emerson Lions 10-9 in 10 innings on Saturday. The win gives the Lasers their first season opening since 2020.

The GNAC named Shirle Major the final GNAC Rookie of the Week.

The College Sports Communicators announced their 2022-2023 Academic All District Teams this past week, and six Lasers were honored.

The Lasell Lasers played the Dean Bulldogs on Wednesday, and the Lasers cruised to an easy three set victory, winning 25-12, 25-3, 25-12. The Lasers are now 7-5 overall, and 3-1 in GNAC play, while Dean is now 1-5 and 0-1.

In a battle between two teams that entered the season nationally ranked, the Lasell Lasers came out on top over the Endicott Gulls on Wednesday night by a final score of 25-17, 25-22, 22-25, 25-20. The Lasers are now 5-4 on the season, while the Gulls fall to 1-4.

Newton, MA - The Lasell Lasers defeated the Dean College Bulldogs by a final score of 80-69 on Tuesday night. The win moves the Lasers to 12-12 overall, and 9-8 in conference play. The Bulldogs are now 14-10 and 9-8. The two schools are part of a four-way tie for the final two GNAC Playoff spots with Johnson & Wales and Regis.

The Lasell Lasers defeated the Dean College Bulldogs by a final score of 80-37. The win improves the Lasers record to 6-18 overall and 5-12 in GNAC play, while Dean now sits at 0-22 and 0-17.

The Lasell Field Hockey team saw two of its' members named to the NFHCA National Academic Squad. Members must have a 3.5 or higher cumulative GPA.

The Lasell Lasers defeated the Norwich Cadets by a final score of 66-63 on Saturday, as they moved to 11-12 on the season and 8-8 in conference play. The Cadets are also now 11-12, but 5-10 in GNAC play.

Boston, MA - The Lasell Men's Track & Field team competed in the GNAC Indoor Championships on Sunday, and finished 5th with 41 points.

The Lasell Women's Track & Field team competed in the GNAC Indoor Championships on Sunday, finishing in 4th place with 74 points.

Weston, MA - The Lasell Lasers defeated the Regis Pride by a final score of 57-46 on Wednesday night. The win moves the Lasers to 5-17 on the season, and 4-11 in conference play. The Pride fall to 10-11 and 10-5. The win over the second place Pride moves the Lasers into fifth place in the GNAC South Division, two games behind Johnson & Wales.

The GNAC named Ariel Foster (Dorchester, Mass.) the GNAC Track & Field Rookie of the Week on Monday for the third time this season, as well as the GNAC Athlete of the Week for a second time this season.

Boston, MA - On Saturday, two Lasell athletes competed in the Boston University Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Invitational.
