Recipients of the Collaboration Recognition Award are selected by their peers for exemplifying superior skills in collaboration by sharing ideas and useful information, communicating in a professional manner, and cooperating in a way to ensure success. Collaboration is a main objective of the Lasell University mission statement. A key feature of this program is a peer-nomination process at the end of the semester. The Collaboration Recognition Program at Lasell University was launched in 2021 as an opportunity to acknowledge students not just for their academic performance in a particular course, but for collaborative behaviors that are the key to success in professional environments. This semester, 32 students were honored with a Collaboration Recognition Award.

Lasell University students were nominated by their peers in a select group of courses for their outstanding collaboration throughout the semester.

The SGA Thomas E.J. de Witt Spirit Award is given annually to a member of the Lasell College community who most embodies both the love and spirit for Lasell.
