Lasell University student competitors at the recent DECA regional tournament qualified for the ICDC International Conference, where they will face off against other collegiate entrants in areas including fashion merchandising, retail management, travel and hospitality, human resources, sales, and marketing management.

Lasell University's radio station, WLAS, earned a record-breaking 15 awards (including six first-place wins) at the 2021 Intercollegiate Broadcasting System virtual awards.

All eight members of the Lasell University DECA team placed in a regional competition this spring, and will advance to the International Career Development Conference (ICDC) competition later this semester.

The Lasell University mock trial team competed in a regional tournament sponsored by the American Mock Trial Association in February, where they tried a case throughout four rounds of competition.

Students from Lasell University's School of Business and School of Fashion participated in a state-level Collegiate DECA competition on February 22.

The Lasell College Mock Trial team competed last weekend in a tournament at UMass Amherst.

Briana Muller of Berlin, Connecticut represented Berlin High School and Lasell College in the national finals of the FedEx Junior Business Challenge, where she and her team, "Lo-K8," took home top honors and the grand prize of $75,000 to support the Junior Achievement (JA) program of Southwest New England.

Greg Camillone '17 and Alexandra Clancy '20 were selected among the top 12 film finalists in NESN's Next Producer competition.
