MTrack: Indoor Season Closes at USATF New England Championships

MVB: Zaharewicz Has Historic Match as Lasers Split GNAC Tri-Match

In a battle between two teams that entered the season nationally ranked, the Lasell Lasers came out on top over the Endicott Gulls on Wednesday night by a final score of 25-17, 25-22, 22-25, 25-20. The Lasers are now 5-4 on the season, while the Gulls fall to 1-4.

Lasell University master's degree students who graduate with a 4.0 cumulative GPA are selected to receive the Graduate and Professional Studies Book Award each semester.

Newton, MA - The Lasell Lasers defeated the Dean College Bulldogs by a final score of 80-69 on Tuesday night. The win moves the Lasers to 12-12 overall, and 9-8 in conference play. The Bulldogs are now 14-10 and 9-8. The two schools are part of a four-way tie for the final two GNAC Playoff spots with Johnson & Wales and Regis.

The Lasell Lasers defeated the Dean College Bulldogs by a final score of 80-37. The win improves the Lasers record to 6-18 overall and 5-12 in GNAC play, while Dean now sits at 0-22 and 0-17.

The Lasell Field Hockey team saw two of its' members named to the NFHCA National Academic Squad. Members must have a 3.5 or higher cumulative GPA.

Lasell undergraduate students in the University's Global Engagement Through Sport and Health Fitness course visited Belfast, Northern Ireland, for a cultural learning experience over Thanksgiving break.

The Lasell Lasers defeated the Norwich Cadets by a final score of 66-63 on Saturday, as they moved to 11-12 on the season and 8-8 in conference play. The Cadets are also now 11-12, but 5-10 in GNAC play.

Boston, MA - The Lasell Men's Track & Field team competed in the GNAC Indoor Championships on Sunday, and finished 5th with 41 points.

The Lasell Women's Track & Field team competed in the GNAC Indoor Championships on Sunday, finishing in 4th place with 74 points.

Lasell University students from the School of Fashion and Longe School of Business attended the National Retail Federation (NRF) Big Show, an industry trade event at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City.

Weston, MA - The Lasell Lasers defeated the Regis Pride by a final score of 57-46 on Wednesday night. The win moves the Lasers to 5-17 on the season, and 4-11 in conference play. The Pride fall to 10-11 and 10-5. The win over the second place Pride moves the Lasers into fifth place in the GNAC South Division, two games behind Johnson & Wales.

The GNAC named Ariel Foster (Dorchester, Mass.) the GNAC Track & Field Rookie of the Week on Monday for the third time this season, as well as the GNAC Athlete of the Week for a second time this season.

Boston, MA - On Saturday, two Lasell athletes competed in the Boston University Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Invitational.

The Lasell Lasers picked up an important win on Tuesday night, as they defeated the Elms Blazers by a final score of 67-60. The Win moves the Lasers to 8-11 on the season, and 5-7 in conference play.

Boston, MA - The Lasell Women's Track & Field team competed at two events this weekend, the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic and the UMass Lowell Riverhawk Invitational. The two events saw the Lasers set seven personal bests, including a school record.

The Lasell Men's Track & Field team competed in Boston over the weekend at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic & the UMass Lowell Riverhawk Invitational.

The Lasell University Lasers defeated the Dean College Bulldogs by a final score of 68-40 on Saturday afternoon. The game marked the 600th women's basketball game to be played by Lasell at the NCAA level.
